April 9, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Ever wonder investors do deals from start to finish and what that looks like? Well, here is your chance! We have 4 very special guests, (people just like you!) that will share REAL LIFE examples of their deals from start to finish, share secrets, and answer your questions….
Case Study Presenters:
Camille Davis has been a successful investor for many years. She starting investing in 2011, and taught herself most of what she knows by doing and learning as she goes. She is the definition of a real action taker. In addition to being a wife and mother, Camille is the President of Wealth BuildHERS LLC, Wealth BuildHERS Podcast Host, Owns 40 single family properties, general contractor, and real estate developer.
Drew Huynh first learned about real estate investing in 2014 when his then business partner paid 45k for the Rich Dad REI program. He worked hard and taught himself many aspects of real estate investing from attending REIA meetings and through deal sharing with more experienced investors. His business has been mainly wholesaling. He has added a handful of owner-financed properties to his portfolio. Recently, Drew has started wholesaling acreage lots and multi family properties. His example project will be a wholesale property in southwest Houston. This property was abandoned for over 10 years and all the property owners were dead. Drew will share the details on his largest pay day yet on a single family property. |
Benita Stanford, a native Houstonian, has been investing in real estate for over 17 years. She’s done wholesaling, rehab/flipping, sub-2’s, wraps, short sales, landlord/rentals and master leasing single family homes. Benita is always looking for deals of any kind but is now concentrating on master leasing under the name, Castle Keys of Texas.
Dylan Swiger has been investing for a little over 2 years. His focus is longterm deals that include owner financing & rentals. He attributes being a blessed young man, his family, connections, and his work ethic to his success!
