How it works:

• Each participant has 90 seconds to pitch a deal, request a deal, or offer funding.
• Be prepared with key details: ARV, repair estimate, purchase price & terms, photos (with a link), and contact info.
• If you’re pitching a deal looking for a buyer, it must be YOUR deal, and you must have it under contract.
• If the deal isn’t under contract yet, and you’re seeking help to close it, you must disclose that.
