In this Focus Group, we center our discussion about how to run, manage, and scale your rental properties.

We will answer questions like:

• What saves you time?
• What is a sinkhole for money?
• How do you screen tenants correctly?
• What systems do you need in place?
• Who should you have on your team?

If you’re a wholesaler, flipper, or brand new investor, then this meeting is for you as well. You can sell your deals, ask for others’ thoughts on the best ROI for your money, and you can learn the ins and out’s of renting out a property or two.

If you are a new investor, or a seasoned one, and plan to make it in real estate for the long term, and build Massive Passive Wealth, this is one of the cornerstones of your real estate business you should become familiar with. This focus group is an opportunity to network with other investors and share experiences and advice.

About Tom:

Tom and Wendy Stinson are the proud owners of a Goosehead agency Katy, Texas since 2015. They

Tom is a native Texan who has lived in the Katy area for over 30 years, including graduating from
Taylor High School (Go Mustangs!). Prior to Goosehead, Tom was an Allstate agent and before that, he
spent 20 years in the technology solutions industry. Tom, Wendy, and the team are very excited to
provide customers with a true choice for insurance, finally! They represent a variety of top rated local
and national carriers and will find the best fit for your lifestyle and budget.
Tom and Wendy enjoyed raising their children in the Katy area (Go Spartans!), and they often take
Texas road trips to explore this great state of ours. They frequently ask clients and business partners,
“What can we do to protect the things that matter the most to you?”
Many clients are retail buyers who plan to occupy the property, and more still are investors, secondary
home or vacation home owners, and rental property managers. The network of contractors and service
providers to manage the maintenance of a residence is voluminous, whether the occupant is an owner,
tenant, or short term occupant. Each brings a unique set of circumstances that the insurance business
in general has failed to educate. We intend to fix that.
Tom and Wendy have owned a TREC approved Continuing Education Provider for 6 years, and they
regularly educate Real Estate Professionals and they myriad of industries surrounding them on
Homeowners, Secondary/Vacation homes, Rental Properties or Landlords, and Flood Insurance policies.
