The fact of the matter is, there are right ways & wrong ways to lower/control your costs. Don’t get caught up in doing something the wrong way that could end up costing you thousands, or even put you out of business! 

Lawrence will be sharing his experience with you and showing you how to properly manage your costs when it comes to property management. If you take a short cut on something, what is the liability?

Lawrence Whiteing owns one of Houston’s most trusted and sought after property management
companies in the Houston, Texas area. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1994, and
has served 19 years as an active Real Estate Broker.

Prior to entering real estate, Lawrence served in the United States Army infantry with tours in
South Korea. This experience instilled the hard work, commitment, and discipline that has
helped him to build a successful property management company in the Greater Houston area.

Over the past 28 years, Lawrence has established a plethora of experience in multifaceted
transactions including short-sales, real estate investments, property management, rehab
projects, commercial and residential land acquisitions, and new construction sales. This
experience coupled with his finance degree has provided Lawrence with valuable knowledge and
skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations and the supply/demand aspect of the real
estate market.

Lawrence helps his clients around the world achieve their real estate investment goals. He
understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships, and is passionate about
exceeding his clients expectations with proven results. Lawrence manages a real estate portfolio
of approximately $250 million dollars.
