Location: Zoom – Zoom will be up at 11:45am and we will start at 12pm
Weekly Call: Pitch Your Deals to potential buyers, partners, lenders, contractors, etc. If you are looking for deals, or looking for contractors or referrals, are a lender, looking for money, need help putting a deal together, or want to see how deals are done, etc, this call is for you!

- Have something to sell trade or barter?
- Looking for a referral?
How it works:
- Each participant has 90 seconds to pitch a deal, request a deal, or offer funding.
- Be prepared with key details: ARV, repair estimate, purchase price & terms, photos (with a link), and contact info.
- If you’re pitching a deal looking for a buyer, it must be YOUR deal, and you must have it under contract.
- If the deal isn’t under contract yet, and you’re seeking help to close it, you must disclose that.
