We are a women’s only group helping each other achieve success through real estate investing. By having open discussions on how to start, improve, and expand our businesses. We learn from local experts and each other by sharing ideas on marketing, deals, and our experiences. We have fun events at our meetings and believe in helping our community by leading a majority of the charity drives.
And as always, we get to know one another better and help each other grow our businesses by doing what we do best, networking!

Topic: Repair Requests
As a landlord, it is imperative to know how to handle repair requests. You don’t want to find yourself in a situation that will cost you thousands of dollars (eliminating any kind of cash flow you might have), or even putting you out of business. Popular questions that come up are what repairs am I responsible for as a landlord? Who pays for the repairs? What if the tenant causes the damage? etc… And if things are not done properly, you could find yourself holding the bag.
So, make sure you (ladies only) join us at our next WIRE meeting where Mr. Ernie Garcia will address how to handle repair requests.
