After 16 years working for a fortune 500company and traveling extensively it was time for a change. Mr. Chara gave up his lucrativeArea Manager position in which he managed 35 electronic technicians in 7 states and a $3Mbudget so he could spend less time traveling and more time creating wealth for his family. Heturned to full time Real Estate investing around 2004. He has also started several serviceand/or education oriented companies. \n\n\n\nPresently\, he’s managing member of Apartment Mentors and founder of Success Classes. Hehas owned or managed several successful companies during the last 20+ years.
