Ray Sasser – Ray has been investing in real estate for multiple decades. Between the properties that he has flipped and his fleet of rentals, Ray has done over a thousand rehabs (and has the scars to go with them). Throughout the years, Ray has done just about every type of deal under the sun, from subject-to, probate, foreclosures, and everything in between. Recently, Ray and his family started buying properties in Galveston to turn into AirBnbs.
