One of our vendors or experts will deliver a Tip of The Month on various topics ranging from how to find deals, how to save money on your rehabs, legal tips, asset protection, using retirement accounts, and everything in between.

Market Updates

What in the world is going on with the crazy market we are in today? During the market update, we will share the latest trends in the market such as days on market, inventory levels, prices properties are selling for, hot areas, not so hot areas, etc

Case Study/Investor Success Story

This is where an investor will break down a deal that they have done, and share the good/bad/ugly of the deal, lessons they learned, overview of the numbers & profit, and resources they used to close the deal.

Each month we will have a different topic for our keynote presentation.

Afternoon Session or Lunch

We often offer afternoon sessions/masterminds for those who can’t get enough and want to stick around to learn more! Sometimes we will also pick a restaurant to go have lunch together.
