They had a house and the only option was to rent it. Scary\, but worked out. And their goal became to build a rental portfolio to retire on it. \nEver since that time\, Ro has participated in different acquisition approaches\, mentoring programs\, joint ventures and networking activities that have brought a wealth of knowledge and experience in the business. She is an entrepreneur and an accountant by trade.
