We learn from local experts and each other by sharing ideas on marketing, deals, and our experiences. We have fun events at our meetings and believe in helping our community by leading a majority of the charity drives.

About Andreana Araya

Andreana Araya has been in real estate since 2009.  She started as a Landlord and in 2017, she left her corporate job in order to focus in real estate on a full-time basis.  She continued her journey by starting to flip properties and converted a few into more doors.  In 2018 she became a realtor and started to help her fellow investors in comp verifications.  In 2019 she started to help investors by becoming a Loan Consultant for Longhorn Investments.  She enjoys helping guide new and experienced investors through the hard money process.
