Welcome!
We are a women’s only group helping each other achieve success through real estate investing. By having open discussions on how to start, improve, and expand our businesses. We learn from local experts and each other by sharing ideas on marketing, deals, and our experiences. We have fun events at our meetings and believe in helping our community by leading a majority of the charity drives.
And as always, we get to know one another better and help each other grow our businesses by doing what we do best, networking!

Pat will talk on rehabs from A to Z , including how to work with the best contractors and avoid getting taken advantage of! (with hand outs) Bring your note pads and video!
BIO
Pat has been in the building and trades industry since 1965. First as an apprentice and later as a carpenter’s assistant. He worked many years as a Superintendent of a downtown development company and developed over 6 Million Dollars of near town property in the early 80’s. Then Pat operated his own General Construction Company working in high-rises, River Oaks and Montrose residential properties. He has basically spent his entire working life working on residential properties all over Texas. Pat has a ton of experience in this industry and has wealth of knowledge! He thoroughly enjoys passing on his knowledge, especially when it has the potential to help someone avoid a pitfall in rehabbing ….
